Blue Pigmented Ink 1 Oz  : A must have color for mixing CMYK colors and traditional secondary and tertiary colors. Micro-pulverized pigments are suspended in a professional quality shellac solution. Colors are brilliant and inter-mixable with other Higgins Inks to create custom colors. Inks can be diluted with distilled water. Compatible with dip pens, brushes, and airbrushes, with good adhesion to most surfaces such as paper, board, and film. Higgins Pigmented Ink dries to a semi-gloss sheen when applied thickly, and a matte sheen when applied with a dip pen. Colors are water-resistant and dry in about 15 minutes. Dry time may vary due to ambient humidity and the porousness of the substrate. Before use, mix thoroughly. Shaking the bottle may cause bubbles, which do not affect the color. The dropper allows you to measure out the color before putting it into a well or dish for mixing or applying directly to a substrate. Close cap tightly after use. Do not mix with acids, or use as tattoo ink. Not launder-proof. Clean tools with tap water immediately after use or use Higgins Pen Cleaner for dried ink.
